CWM | Junk journal tag collage

Preparing tag bases for journals. These tags are almost taken to the completely finished stage. I stop just shy of that so that the final touches make them blend with the journal they will go in. By final touches I mean things like the pop of color needed, theme or final focal point will be added once the tag is selected for a journal.
