Why Park Here

black car pulls up in front of my house sunday and the guy in the car appears to be looking right at me through my window, he has reflective windows so it was kind of hard to tell, at first i did not know what was going on but after a little while the kid across the street comes out of the house and walks up to that car and gets in and they drive away,my point to this is Do Not Park in Front Of Somebody Elses House because it causes alarm and concern and is very rude, i know streets are a public place, just the same they had plenty of room in front of their own house and it makes no sense to park in front of my house when they could had parked in front of theirs, if you see a black car with black tinted windows pull up in front of your house, your gonna start wondering whats going on too,could possibly be a burglar checking out my house and might had been, at least if it was, i got them on video and on youtube for police records. these new neighbors have been rude from day one since they got there, i honestly dont think they ever had a house before, i bet they lived in an apartment because of the way they act. this neighborhood is really getting bad,
