In this very special episode of The Ranveer Show, we break down the 6-year-old spiritual journey of my life. From the types of meditations like the Aum Chanting &, Chakra meditation, along with advanced higher forms of meditations like Reiki & Ayahuasca, to the intent behind it, this episode has it all.

Being a 22-year-old college graduate & a power-lifter, I found a way to practice daily meditation just to make my muscles heal faster. Soon after, I started to experience changes in my mind & body. The habit of regular meditation not only calmed me down but also made me extremely self-aware.

Soon after, I was fortunate enough to experience a greater high of psychedelics called "Ayahuasca" on one of my family trips. After coming out of that experience, I was a changed person. By this time, I had realized and had started to experience the real power of meditation and decided to learn the advanced form of "Kriya Yoga". Being highly inspired by the "Autobiography Of A Yogi By Paramhansa Yogananda", YSS was one such Yoga School I found myself connected to. Going deep into the mediations and belief in GOD, I experienced some out-of-life experiences. One such experience was with my childhood guru called "Baapuji" who guided me through my path.

Today, I am a big believer of my spiritual practices. At the same time, I urge everyone listening to this episode to embrace spirituality in one form or the other.
