Couple loitering and girl urinating - Camera 1

10/25/20 12:58AM, a seemingly intoxicated couple in a late model black Cadillac STS sedan park and begin disturbing the peace and make noise to wake up the neighbors. Across the way, there is an apartment complex to the left out of view. After a poor attempt at dancing, and playing loud music, clearly they notice the irate neighbors at 08:12 and decide to take off, but not before the girl peeing at 08:44.
