Electric Brew Controller Build - BitterSweet Brews

Here is a video and slide show of my electric brew controller build. Start to finish it had to have taken 30-40 hours. I have brewed with it 3 times and it works great.

Here is a parts list of the brewing equipment I built it for and the parts I bought to build the controller.

I have a 50 liter keggle with a 5500 watt ULWD ripple element (Keg-$25, Camco Element-$28 (Amazon)). It will run at 120V & 240V. I use it for heating strike and sparge water and as a boil kettle, had cord & plug but it probably would have cost $15)
I have a 54 quart cooler I use as a mash tun I had the cooler but added $10 plumbing parts - Menards),
I also have two 5 gallon round coolers I use for a mash tun and HLT. ($10 Each plus plumbing parts - $10 each - Menards)
I have a SS RIMS tube with a 5400 ULWD fold over element and thermowell (about $60 in SS parts (SupplyHouse.com) - $25-Camco Element (Amazon), I had the cord but it probably would have cost $15). It will run at 120V (so as to not scorch the wort).
1 Chugger pump with SS head.($129 - HopGoblin)

Kudos to the instructable:
"Electric Brewery Control Panel on the Cheap"
by jmengel. I learned a lot about what I needed to do from this and help from jmengel. I used it as a basis for my build, with a hand full of modifications. I also got some good answers on HomeBrewTalk.com.
