NACHTISCH : Pandan Roll Cake

HELLOOO EVERYBODYYY I DON'T KNOW WHY I WASTED (spent.. not wasted- cuz I do find editing videos comforting.) MY TIME RECORDING THIS WHOLE BAKING PROCESS. Without the camera it would've taken me 25 minutes top, but i took so much longer in order to document it haha.

It took me a lot of time to find the best and easiest pandan roll cake recipe (with video). Originally cream of tartar was needed, but i researched about it on the internet and found out that it's rare in Germany and i would have to go to THE APOTHEKE FOR THAT!! omg whattttt! (my Sprachangst could never~) so i simply replaced it with lemon extract.

The butter icing was not well mixed,,, in my case. MAYBE I SHOULD'VE BEEN MORE PATIENT WITH IT.. And it was also too sweet. Next time I want to use another type of cream, because THE CAKE WAS SUUUPER GOOD IT LITERALLY SENT ME BACK HOME FLYING WITH THE FIRST BITE.
