*My True Belief: In my opinion: He approached with nothing, & his 2 Brain-Neurons were still trying to fabricate something to fit his upcoming narrative for Cause. He stated "I wanted to know who you were." Which is EXACTLY his "cause" for the stop, which means he believes "Probable Cause" to Detain = "Curiosity" & "nosyness" in Evansville, IN. He then also stated "I wanted to see if you were o.k." - which was nothing more than trying a futile Articulation Attempt. THEN he finally comes up with Contrary to Fact Citings, as best as he could, to attempt to Articulate a Lawful Cause for the Stop/Detention. Further, he wanted to Retaliate, & prove his "Authoritah" (Cartman - South Park), by stopping because he knew he had a camera on his shitty hypocritical driving, & he thinks he should be Above the Law, and UNACCOUNTABLE, like so many in his profession.
Bottom line: 1. He got caught, he didn't like it or being documented/accountable;
2. He had nothing on approach because there WAS nothing, at least nothing he would stop for, except as a Tyrant Hypocrite.
3. He accidentally stated his TRUE CAUSE with "I wanted to know who you were." (Unlawful Detention).
4. He fabricated to attempt to Justify, Articulate, and Claim Lawful Cause.
5. He's a piece of Tyrannical, Unaccountable, Worthless Shit - Until I see otherwise, & he does the "right" thing," which is highly doubtful because ShitBirds like him almost 99.9% NEVER learn, & have NO DESIRE to do the "Right" thing. PERIOD. I'm certain he has been acting Unaccountable for many years, & apparently his Dept. could care less, which makes them JUST As WORTHLESS, & both appear to be the EXACT "Domestic Enemies" I, & the Constitution Preach about. Which is WHY I say, in general, overall, the Police today ARE nothing more than Tyrants, "Domestic Enemies," & ENEMIES OF "We The People." Prove me wrong, EPD, prove you have some Honor, Integrity, & Accountability, & I'll document it, and praise it. Otherwise, get what you deserve, & lay in the bed you make, and don't whine when people have enough, & so many Hate You, & some finally have enough and do more than talk about it. You EARN IT.
As a passenger, I see an EPD Cop driving like an Idiot. I document. I make him aware I’m documenting. He decides to stop our vehicle. He cites NUMEROUS reasons, but the REAL REASON was most matching to his stated reason of wanting to know who we were, & Retaliation. During the stop he cites: Wanting to know who driver was; Wanting to see if driver was o.k.; “Obstruction of Justice (he meant “Traffic” as seen on Citation). I TRY my best to stay out of their interactions. “officer” “Taint-Sniffing” Taylor asks for my (Passenger’s ID). I Politely Decline. I Gravel, Commend, & Compliment him in the manner deserving of a “Hero.” I finally find my ID, and show it to Taint-Sniffer, & her Fearless “Hero” Sgt. “Cock-Lick” (Kormalink). The stop concludes. I prepare for editing. Cop-Suckers, Sheep, Boot-Lickers, Blind Order Followers, & “Hero” Worshippers complain. I remind them to Thumbs-Down, & then Fuck off. I “move along, now,” because there is “nothing to see here”…”In this Day & Age.”
