Mint sokan tudjátok nagyon szeretem a mantrákat és különleges erőt tulajdonítok nekik. Nekem pl bármikor éneklem őket mindig átfordítják a hangulatomat, még akkor is ha nagyon szomorú, vagy stresszes vagyok. Most egy olyan mantrát választottam, ami Yemaya-hoz, a vizek istennőjéhez szól. Ő az afrikaiak szerint mindenki anyja, aki erősen védelmezi gyermekeit és tisztítja bánatukat, aggodalmukat, megnyugtatja őket, vagyis Minket. Kívánom ezt a ringatást és biztonság érzetet mindenkinek, kitartást ebben a nehéz időben is, amikor minden bizonytalan. Szeretettel, Szabadi Andrea

As many of you knows already I really love mantras and I think they have special power. Whenever I have difficulties in life, or sadness in my heart they tend to flip this mood over so I am really grateful for them. Today I choose an invocation for Yemaya who is the godess of water according to the african joruba tradition but she is also the Mother of All. She is very protective of her children and comfort them, cleanse their sorrow. May we all feel safe even in the chaotic moments when nothing is sure and the whole world is turning up-side down in every hour. May the Mother spirit be with you. With Love, Andrea
