First adventure with the RC Sherp.

The RC Sherp is hand built in Russia under licence from Sherp. It's 1/9 Scale and took around four months to build and arrive, but everything is bespoke. The design is exactly how I created, using a predominantly flat grey Tamiya colour – Flat Grey XF77. There is no steering, just like the 1/1 Sherp All-Terrain vehicles; instead there are four separate motors, one located for each wheel. The steering is the same as a tank, which takes some getting used to but when you get it right it's just so rewarding.

This was the very first drive of my RC Sherp. It's also my very first film for this Channel so it seemed fitting this was the RC to do it with. It's great across most terrains but it especially loves mud and water! The 'walking-on-water' party trick simply didn't get old!

Anyway, I've kept it to under four minutes so grab a coffee and enjoy the gentle whine of the Sherp motors, powered by a Tesla battery.
