Majora's Mask - How far does Link fall down the tree trunk? (no cut scene)

This may not be the true height that Link falls because of the trippy cut scene that happens in between. Even if the fall was longer, the Majora's Mask Prima Collector's Guide still confirms Link survived the fall.
