Golden Pavilion
Bo Haeng Sunim was the head monk at the International Zen Center in Hwagyessa, a Zen Buddhist temple in Seoul, South Korea. Before his ordination as a Zen Buddhist monk in South Korea in 1999, he had had a distinguished career as a pantomime drama actor, pantomime group creator and director, TV actor, and journalist and had received numerous awards for his play performances worldwide. As a monk, he continued giving play performances to teach Buddhist Dharma and inspire his audience to investigate what it is to be a human being searching for a meaningful life and peace of mind. He died on April 22, 2022, in Seoul, South Korea.
