Massive Italian Veal Chop Parm Challenge w/ Pear Pasta and Meatballs!!

A&Z #941 - Randy Santel "Atlas" vs Tavolino Della Notte's Massive Italian Veal Chop Parm Challenge w/ Pear Pasta and Meatballs plus a giant plate of desserts at Tavolino Della Notte Italian Restaurant in Coral Springs, Florida. Katina and I decided to kick off our 2021 food challenge touring in Florida, and our February Florida Tour turned into a February & March Florida Tour!! I attempted lots of food challenges all over the state of Florida. For challenge #22, I traveled up to Tavolino Della Notte located in Coral Springs, Florida so I could help kick off their new Italian Veal Chop Parm Challenge. I had 1 full hour to feast on three 16oz Veal Chop Parmigiana cutlets topped with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese. That came with 3 of Nonna's homemade 5oz meatballs, some of their signature Pear Pasta, some Penne Alla Vodka, and garlic bread, served with a giant plate of their homemade desserts - Almond Amaretto Cookies, Chocolate Lava Cake, Tiramisu, Chocolate Mousse, Nutella filled Zeppole Donuts, and slice of Ricotta Cheesecake. Thanks to everyone with Tavolino Della Notte for the amazing food, drinks, and hospitality!! Thanks also to all the wonderful people who came up that evening to watch and meet us that evening!! Tavolino Della Notte's Massive Italian Veal Chop Parm Challenge in Coral Springs, Florida:

- Tavolino Della Notte is located in Coral Springs, Florida - Old World Italian Cuisine with an Eclectic Flair featuring an Upscale Lounge with World Class Entertainment and an active bar scene with daily specials.
- For this challenge, there was a full 1 hour time limit to finish all the menu items listed below:
- THREE 16oz Veal Chop Parmigiana - 16oz Hand-Pounded Breaded Veal Chop with San Marzano Tomato Gravy with Melted Mozzarella (usually served with rigatoni).
- Penne Alla Vodka - Shallots, Prosciutto and Vodka sautéed in a Creamy Pink Sauce.
- Tavolino's Signature Pear Pasta - Walnut Blanc Fromage Cream Sauce & Roasted Pears.
- THREE 5oz Nonna's Meatballs - Homemade Brisket Meatballs, Mixed Baby Greens, and Ricotta Cheese.
- Served with a stick of their garlic bread plus an option "Purple Haze" cocktail made with vodka.
- Massive plate of desserts - Almond Amaretto Cookies, Chocolate Lava Cake, Tiramisu, Chocolate Mousse, Nutella filled Zeppole Donuts, and slice of Ricotta Cheesecake.
- Winners receive the entire meal free plus a sweet t-shirt and spot on Tavolinio's Wall of Fame!!
