Stop doing this S Type headlight mod!

The Bolt-Mod is well documented, cheap way to fix drooping S-Type headlights. Here is my experience on why not to do it and the damage it causes.
I have rebuilt several hundred S-Type headlights, both halogen and xenon and this bolt mod, when done to Xenon headlights, is very likely to cause internal damage like this.
