With only 7% of pilots who identify as female, no one really knows why more females aren’t pilots. Instead of focusing on what is wrong, Lynsey Howell set out to interview 50 females to see what the common denominator is for their successes! Find out the traits all these aviatrices share and how it can help our daughters reach for the sky!  Lynsey is a corporate pilot who is passionate about inspiring the next generation. She is focused on empowering female pilots and ensuring that they shine with confidence. Lynsey works with pilots one-on-one, leads group coaching sessions, and hosts webinars for flight schools. During her 20 years in aviation, she has flown the rich and famous in business jets, a twin-engine seaplane pilot in the Caribbean, and as a flight instructor with multiple ratings.
