MY STORY
I was recently in Costa Rica at Rythmia Life Advancement Center where I went to get help healing my anxiety, depression and autoimmune. I participated in 4 ayahuasca ceremonies 4 nights in a row. I was there for a week. During my stay I also attended workshops, got massages, cleanses, 3 nourishing meals a day (no dinner on ceremony nights), went to the beach, practiced breathwork, yoga and meditation. It skyrocketed me into my healing journey.
I'm going to be posting two more videos about Rythmia. I want to post about how it helped my autoimmune and also show you what rythmia looks like! Stay tuned!
