Mechanic Returns Stolen Mastiff Dog to Texas Owner

Surveillance video caught a dog-napping in Texas and the footage went viral. In the video, the thief can be seen reaching over a fence and collaring a 10-week-old French mastiff bulldog named Chipper. An adult dog was barking furiously as the little guy was taken away, and the cameras catch an accomplice talking on the phone. With a cigarette dangling from his mouth and the puppy tucked under his arm, the dog-napper in dark glasses hurried into a Cadillac SUV as the other dog continued to bark.
