Part II: Being gay in a 1960s fraternity

UC Berkeley Alumni Bob Plantz co-founded Students for Gay Power in 1969, one of the first ever LGBTQ+ organizations on a college campus. Students for Gay Power has grown and transformed into what now is known as QARC, The Queer Alliance Resource Center. Plantz shares his story in this series from The UC Berkeley Gender Equity Resource Center as part of a project to document the lives of our queer alumni.
