Drill America Chucking Reamers are designed to enlarge an already formed hole to an exact diameter.

Chucking Reamers are designed for accurate reaming in most materials such as stainless steel, aluminum metal and plastics. They can be used in many types of equipment including screw machines, turret lathes, drill presses, and machining centers.

Chucking reamers are regularly pointed with a 45 degree chamfer and available in straight and spiral flute. Straight flute is recommended for general purpose reaming while spiral-flute is designed for more diff icult materials, better surface requirements, and applications with an interruption such as a keyway or cross hole

They are available in high speed steel and cobalt materials in fractional, metric, letter, wire and decimal sizes.
