This Living Meme Is Not Dead! - The Democracy Manifest Story
One of the most puzzling mysteries on the internet is the identity of the Democracy Manifest Guy. In 2009 a video surfaced online which appeared to be from the 1980s or early 1990s. In the video a man , goes on a rather eloquent rant addressing his current circumstance. “Democracy Manifest” was one of the many charismatically stated phrases he uttered in his rant. These words would solidify this man as an internet legend. But who exactly was the man? People have theorized that he was a Hungarian chess player named Paul Charles Dozsa. Dozsa was known internationally for his dine and dash antics, but was this really him? Today we find out.
