Ship captain upset over Energy chief pronouncement on ramming incident | ANC

The captain of the GEM-VER boat rammed by a Chinese vessel in the West Philippine Sea expressed displeasure over the remarks of Energy Secretary Alfonso Cusi, who met with them in Occidental Mindoro.

The Cabinet member said it still cannot be determined whether the ramming was intentional as only the rear part of the fishing boat sustained great damage.
