Migrants arriving from safe countries are 'criminals', says MP

Conservative MP Tom Hunt claims the three things the part should focus on are law and order, immigration and "combatting the woke agenda".

It comes as Downing Street said the Government wants to work “constructively” with the French on the issue of migrants crossing the Channel.

The Prime Minister’s official spokesman said that so far 18,000 crossings have been prevented this year, with 300 arrests and 65 convictions.

“We continue to see France as a close ally of the UK. We do want to work constructively to resolve this issue,” the spokesman said.

Mr Hunt and Mike Graham also discuss COP26 and the actions of taxi driver Dave Perry escaped from his car just before it exploded during a terrorist attack at Liverpool Women's Hospital on Remembrance Sunday.
