Repairing Two dead 18 volt Li-ion DeWalt Battery Packs - 899

I like messing with batteries,, and I like fixing stuff,, so trying to fix a broken battery,, is a win win :-)
My fix here is not optimal,, all the old cells in the first DeWalt battery is still all rusty and stuff. But I do believe the whole battery would be fine for some time, if nothing else happens.
