This DJI Mavic Mini was showing "power system hardware error" error code 30210. In this video we'll cover simple troubleshooting, inspection, and replacement of the righthand rear motor and arm.

Your situation may be different. In this case, the RH rear motor winding was apparently damaged by the broken lip of the motor mount.

NOTE that this is the orginal mavic mini (but I'm pretty sure the process is identical for it's successor, the "DJI Mini"). Also, the process to swap the front arms is different and much more involved than this process for the rear arms.
