The girl loves to spend her time on the beach, usually, she goes with her friends or takes a holiday but this time she wants to stay alone for a week. She also wants to use this opportunity to make her mental health better as she many times feels so depressed and loss of meaning.

She goes to the beach, finds a place to stay, orders food and drink, and then enjoys the view of the sea waves sound. Every day she will go to the beach and walk around, or just lie on the sand, taking photos of the sunset or sunrise. She also likes finding a new beach with different views every day.

She finds this is a great way not just to restore her mental health but also to create some nice memories. Feeling relaxed in the warm sun and the beautiful view really improved her mood. People always said a happy mind is important for mental health so after this week she can say that it is true.

The girl has a wonderful holiday, she goes to the beach every day and sees different views, it is a great way to recover her mental health. She has been going to the beach since she could walk and it is always her favorite place to go!. After the vacation, she has more feelings of happiness and serenity in her life.

Do you find yourself feeling peaceful when you just stare at the horizon between the blue sky and the water on the beach?. I always find my peace of mind when I take my time just glaring at this beauty of nature. Enjoy every moment of your life while you can. Fill yourself with more positive energy. Life is always about up and down. Like a wheel where it will always keep rotating. Who’s said life is easy?. Everybody has their own problem to take care of. There may never be easy, but still, life is something that we should embrace for the chance to taste.

You may be surprised by what other people have been through but you just don't know about it. That is why we can't just judge other people by their looks. But we should try to check ourselves. Do we have the chance that we realize that may make us better but we just refuse to take that opportunity because we are lazy to make something different or have no willingness to change our lives to become better?.
