Update on External gtx 960 2011 asus n73sv (improved performance)

i finally figured out why my gpu drivers crash when i had a hdmi cable in my egpu, it was windows 10, downgraded to windows 7 and tadaa i can run a hdmi cable from my egpu to my tv, which improved fps more then i thought + lost 50% latency (went from 40ms to 20ms sometimes lower) and went from 25-35 fps to stable 45 and even up to 60 fps on rural aera's on gta 5
