OMGosh! Huge Cinnamon roll or oversized Cinnamon Biscuit?

In this video, I share my take on the "Giant NO YEAST Cinnamon Roll" and my honest opinion of this "no yeast" recipe. My spin on this recipe is making it a jumbo TRIPLE CINNAMON Cinnamon Roll with raisins and nuts! The recipe in this video for is making one or two cinnamon rolls. I decided to make two and ended up with three! Does a no yeast recipe taste like a true cinnamon roll? Watch to find out.....

INGREDIENTS
DOUGH (2 Roll Recipe):
2/3 cup sour cream
2 large whole eggs
4 Tab sugar
~
2 cups all-purpose flour + flour to roll out dough
4 Tab white sugar
3 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 stick + 2 Tab butter
~
1 cup raisins (optional)
1 cup chopped nuts (optional: pecans or walnuts)
~
FILLING (2 Roll Recipe):
6 Tab butter (soft)
1/2 tsp cinnamon
3/4 cup light brown sugar (packed)
~
BUTTER CREAM ICING (2 Roll Recipe):
4 Tab Butter
1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp cinnamon
INSTRUCTIONS IN VIDEO
Bake 400 degrees, 30-35 minutes; cool before icing
