Why good intentions are not enough to change our behaviour.
Why willpower doesn't work.
Why instant gratification is so tempting - but results in our unhappiness.
And what we can do to change!

Along with Jonathan Haidt's elephant and rider metaphor, Tim Urban's ted talk "Inside the Mind of a Master Procrastinator", and Robert Sapolsky (author of Behave).
