Children from townships in Cape Town are getting "surfing therapy". Not only does it give them a buzz, but it's helping to improve their life chances.

The charity Waves for Change takes children to the beach for "surfing therapy". By doing a challenging sport and connecting with caring mentors, they have noticed a reduction in violence and an improvement in behaviour.
