How to Swap Motor Mounts Complete Guide - Ford Focus Mk1 LR

Engine mounts are a vital part of your engine. I’ll show you how to swap every engine mount on this Ford Focus Mk1. Every step is shown so that you too can make this a diy garage project.
The mounts I used are better than factory replacements, made by Vibra Technics, and bought from Burton Automotive in the UK – specialists in Ford performance parts.
