💬 Summarize the story : Working in a county government permitting department, I faced a case involving a nice homeowner and a not-so-nice one. The not-nice guy's drainage changes affected the nice guy, who happened to be a gay couple. Unwilling to tolerate bullying, I investigated and found violations on the not-nice guy's lot. The situation escalated, involving police and a meeting. Eventually, justice was served, with the not-nice guy facing consequences, and the nice guy getting approval faster for following the rules.
