Chameliam 🦎

It has now been over a year since i ended my journey with weight loss and shifted focus to CrossFit.

Since stopping running 50km a week i have gained 11lb/5kg (likely some fat gain but hopefully some muscle too) and have been at 200lb for almost 6 months now (end clip) without any real attention on weight regulation - it seems my body has found its new "set point".

Starting off my 35th year feeling good and balanced at this weight - my face looks healthier, I'm stronger than i was at my leanest yet still have a decent power to weight ratio for gymnastics movements (except for HSPU which can go die)

And most importantly, with a higher BMR from the additional bodyweight, i can go on the occasional* Malteser binge without too many repercussions.
