[PB] NES Tetris NTSC: 1,030,552 (2nd Maxout)

Overall a much better post transition compared to my first maxout. Always a nice feeling and its a PB so happy days. Small steps to 1.1!

I added in music since my mic is broken and had to record with my terrible laptop mic which is borderline unlistendable. Songs (in order): Unfounded Revenge / Smashing Song of Praise, Colress Theme, Iris Champion Theme
