A camper must return to the campsite where he and a friend were attacked to retrieve the car keys needed for his escape. Will he be able to escape the forest before Siren Head catches him, or will he be the creature's latest victim?

Siren Head is an interesting horror creation created by Trevor Henderson which has become a staple of Internet culture in recent months. It is often described as a tall, humanoid creature with two sirens where a normal human head would normally be. Using its ability to mimic sounds, it lures in unsuspecting victims by mimicking the human voices.
