Taking small actions is important because they have a compounding effect over time and can result in massive changes in one's life. We are all destined to live the lives we desire. Life is full of ups and downs, but we have the ability to overcome them. If we have strong convictions and take small, consistent actions, the Universe will assist us. Meditation helps us become more aware and purposeful in our lives and actions. It teaches us how to respond to situations in our lives rather than react to them. We focus on awareness of the present moment by practicing meditation and taking small actions. Whatever the situation, we should be grateful and practice responding positively. There was a negative phase in his life when he lived with anxiety, depression and had thought of suicide before he had a self-realization. ”Self Realization that we have power within to create or destroy our life”. This wonderful realization has changed his life completely and now is WHY ""Helping others to create their own life so that they can help others.""
Ramkrishna Sameriya was born at Harda (a small town) in Madhya Pradesh(India), . He completed his schooling from Rewa later shifted to hometown(Harda) due to a transferable job of his father Mr. Gulab Das Sameriya.
After failing to pass the Bachelor of Science exam, he joined the Mechanical Engineering 3- years Diploma Program. But, in the final year he dropped it and joined a new agency Express Media, as a sub editor at Bhopal. He completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree while working.
