How to lose weight without sagging skin?
I made many mistakes. I really abused my body with yo-yo dieting, crash dieting, and fasting. I dried my skin with wrong skincare products. Once I lost 30 lbs weight very quickly and my face just dropped.
Since then I have learned a lot about healthy weight loss. I became a successful health coach. I created 6 online programs, that help to lose weight while enjoying the food you like. Finally, my body looked like in my twenties. But my face still looked ten years older.
I had to do something with my face. I tried mostly everything the beauty industry has to offer for younger-looking skin.
I spent thousands of dollars. Thank God I stopped before going into serious debt. But my face still looked worn out, dull skin covered with wrinkles and pimples. I had horizontal wrinkles on my forehead, two lines in between my eyebrows, droopy eyelids, huge eye-bags, paper-thin lips, nasolabial folds, flappy chin, and wrinkled neck.
Then learning from my traditional Chinese medicine teacher I added a 3- minutes long facial massages with special nourishing oils to my daily routine and nasolabial folds smoothed out.
I eliminated some everyday habits that were adding years to my face.
I added more facial techniques and the wrinkles went away.
I rarely use makeup now. And I love how my skin looks. I love everything about my body. It took me such a long time to come to this point!
