【CHEAP ART SUPPLY CHALLENGE】Less than $5

Good art supplies don't have to be expensive. For this challenge on the other hand I chose to work with the worst I could find at my local dollar store :D So don't go too cheap either or you will end up with this mess. What are your experiences with cheap art supplies?
