In this vlog, I’m sharing what I typically eat in a day plus some of my favorite gluten-free recipes for every meal!

Overnight Oats (measurements are estimates - I just eyeball it and add ingredients to taste):
1/4 cup oatmeal
1 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp raisins
1 tsp honey
2 tbsp peanut Butter
1/2 cup water
1/2 an apple (chopped)
