Ok, so the cops here are stupidly hard. I was only able to wreck them by boosting the power-ups to 100x their regular strength, and even then it took quite a while.

I did this to find out is it possible to wreck the cops at all, because at some point I had an impression that they are either immortal, or cause the game to crash once wrecked. And while the answer is, as you can see, 'yes', it doesn't look like it's possible to deal enough damage in the game normally.

On a side note, those guys are seriously annoying to look for once de-wheeled.
