On this occasion, Railways took initiative to give a chance for Women employees to prove their capabilities and given chance to control 16302 Thiruvananthapuram - Shoranur Venad Express in between Ernakulam and Shoranur.
Railway employees and Passengers honoured the Women Crew.
Loco Pilots, Station Master, TTE, Guard, Mechanical Staffs were Women.
