This house is located on the very front of our 44 acre homestead property. It sits looking over our two main pastures that house a wide variety of our animals including goats, donkeys, mini pony, chickens, ducks, Turkeys, peacocks, rabbits, cow, horses and more!

We recently relocated our homestead and farm to this new property in Edneyville NC and have been blessed to have a house we were able to turn into a rental property to share our love and passion of the simple life and homesteading with others.
This is very much a working farm & with that comes all kinds of animals noises, occasional goat birthing's, fresh eggs daily in the chicken coop and cute animals everywhere!

The house is a 3 bedroom/ 2 bathroom home that’s sleeps 10 people. This includes the master bedroom with a king size bed, the second bedroom is a queen bed & full with an attached full bathroom including a tub shower combo, the third bedroom is a full over full bunk bed with an office desk for those traveling while working. The rental is only the main floor and does not include the basement that is attached.

This house is Large enough for families or groups. The kitchen is stocked with cooking tools for any level chef. The living room has a large sectional couch, 70” tv with an antenna for local channels & a VHS/DVD player with a movie library featuring VHS tapes & DVD’s. There is also puzzles, board games, kids coloring books & crayons! We also have a children’s high chair, travel crib & queen size bed side safety gate available for guests to use.

The outside features a back deck with dining table & a 5 burner propane grill, propane included. A covered carport area for outdoor activities or games (included in our outdoor game box) & a fire pit area. & front porch with chairs to sit and watch out over the animal pastures while enjoying your morning cup of coffee or the afternoon sunset!

On the homestead we allow daily unguided animal interactions for guests at the fence of our pastures. If you’d like a personal tour of the homestead and animal pastures please let us know prior to check in so we can schedule a time during your stay.

Located only 25 minutes away from Asheville regional airport.

We are centrally located in the heart of apple country near lots of hiking, vineyards, breweries, and tons of tourists attractions. We are 4 minutes from point lookout winery and 1 block away from Black bear snow tubing & Danny’s fishing ponds where they keep trout and catch fish stocked! We are also only a 10 minute drive from a local hidden gem hiking spot called worlds edge!! We are about a 30 minute drive to the famous Biltmore estate, 20 minutes to the town of chimney rock & lake lure. 25 minutes to Historic downtown hendersonville. 30 minutes from historic Flat rock. 45 minutes to Asheville & 1 hour 15 from Greenville. We are 1 hour away from the Pisgah forest & blue ridge parkway. 45 minutes from the famous DuPont state Forrest featuring lots of beautiful waterfalls! 40 minutes from Tryon equestrian center. 2 hours from pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg TN. 1hour 45 minutes from the Great smoky mountains national park. 1hour 30 minutes from Cherokee NC.

We invite all guests to come join in on feeding time with the animals if they’d like. We feed just before dusk every night. During the days you may see us out working on the farm, if you are to need us or have any questions feel free to wave us down!

Pet rules:
-$50 pet fee paid before arrival
-all animals must be on a leash when outside.
-no unattended pets left alone in the house without being in a crate. We have some to borrow. Please let us know in advance if you need one.
-no pets allowed across the dirt easement road near the animal pastures.
-no pets in beds or on furniture
