Hi! We are a charity organization “Open Environment” (Otkrytaya Sreda) based in Krasnodar and we are members of “Autism Regions”.
We systematically help people with autism in socializing and living on their own.
We also try to find jobs for people with autism and support them during their work adaptation period. We have already managed to find jobs for three students of our project.
For example, Liza, she is 26, she doesn’t read or write, but she is a great help as a chef’s assistant in a restaurant. Besides employing we have a lot of other projects, such as a “Training Apartment”, where students get their basic skills in cleaning, cooking and shopping, with the help of volunteers.
