Nissan NV200 1.5 Dci poor cold starting. Glow plug diagnosis & repair, P0380 Fixed!

This Nissan van with the Renault 1.5 Dci engine was taking plenty of cranking in cold mornings. Fault code stored was P0380.
This diagnosis will be relevant on other Nissan / Renault vehicles with the same engine.
