It looks like in the video the motorcycle rider should have easily been able to escape and getaway from Mexican Federal police but got scared and gave up pulling over for extremely angry cop after police officer on foot grabbed the biker as he rode passed the policeman after the cop used his cop car as a roadblock in order to block the middle of the highway. The biker was caught by police officer an arrested for getting into high speed pursuit with cops as you can see shown in the video clip.
