We call ours a shell plus because we include more than other companies' shell packages
When shopping for a shell package, note that every company's package is different and none that we know of is more complete than ours. Every company includes different things. To some, weathertight shell packages may mean tar paper on the roof and no windows, soffit, fascia, decks, exterior trims, stain, etc. The Golden Eagle Shell Plus package is truly a weathertight package. It includes everything you need to button up the exterior of your home, even the code-compliant plans.

Premium Full Log Packages Solid Log Exterior Walls
Choose from many log sizes, shapes, textures and corner styles. We manufacture and kiln dry them all! If you have always dreamed of living in a full-log home, rest-assured that Golden Eagle's log homes are extremely energy efficient. We design our full log homes with conventional interior partition walls, giving you the option of using drywall, stone, or tongue & groove to compliment your home. It also allows you to change your home's color scheme if desired.

Premium Half Log Packages 2 x 6 insulated wall construction
The exterior of the home is half log, cut directly from a full log with authentic full log corners. Therefore, the exterior of this home looks exactly like a full log home. Every interior wall will be your choice of half log, drywall, stone, or tongue & groove planking. Quarter Log homes are similar to our half log homes with authentic full log corners, but the log is thinner, which saves you money.

Budget Package Series A More Budget Minded Version of a Premium Full Log Package
This is referred to as the Budget Package because they are designed to keep costs down. Yes, they are not as luxurious as our other plans and packages, yet they exceed the quality of what the competition usually sells. The plans and specifications in the Budget Package have been selected to maintain the objective of keeping the homes affordable, help you stay on budget, and save money. A full log home is less expensive to build than a half log home, which is why we designed our Budget Package around our 8"x8" full log wall system with vertical corners.

Premium Exposed Beam Timber Packages Nonstructural Timber Frame
This is our most popular timber home package, and it's for the customer who wants a moderate amount of timber and beam accents inside and out.

Premium Maintenance Free Exposed Beam Timber Packages Nonstructural Timber Frame
This is similar to our Premium Exposed Beam Timber Package, but is enhanced with many maintenance-free building products - including horizontal clapboard siding with a wood grain texture in your choice of many colors.

Ultra Custom Timber Packages Nonstructural Timber Frame
This is our most elaborate and detailed timber home. It's designed for the customer who understands the beauty of timber and needs the best of the best. The added wall height and craftsman style roof overhang allow for maximum natural light.
