Tomorrow, #DarrellBrooks will be formally sentenced in the #WaukeshaChristmasParade tragedy. Here's what to expect.

Previously, prosecutors told the judge that they expect at least 36 people will give their victim impact statements. Brooks, who is representing himself, said he anticipates about 20 people will speak on his behalf.
