Connecting Yamaha Soundbar to TV with HDMI ARC

In this video we connect the Yamaha MusicCast Bar 400 to a Sony TV (X950G) with the HDMI ARC connection. With this connection your TV speakers will turn off and the only speakers you will hear is your soundbar. As mentioned in the end of the video if this does not work, find the model of your TV and visit the support page of your TV manufacturer. Download the manual and look for instructions to turn on HDMI control or HDMI CEC, or HDMI ARC. This may be turned off in the TV.
