Glue Gun Art: Tablet

Ancient civilizations across the world recorded information through art. May it be the Mesopotamian civilization or the Indus Valley, Ancient Egypt or Ancient Greece, Art always had a place in the day to day activities. Ancient tablets (clay/stone/metal) being unearthed by archaeologists never fail to amaze us in the modern era. The faded inscriptions, the corroded metal, all enhance the mystery of the time goneby. More than anything, these tablets tell incredible stories. It forms a bridge between us and our ancestors.

This painting is a demo encapsulating the magic of art that has survived time. Combining two elements each from past and present, I figured, this piece is a great way to improve hand coordination with the glue gun on the canvas.
