Best 90s Martial Arts Movie Stars that weren't Jean-Claude Van Damme or Steven Seagal (FULL VERSION)

In this video I'll be going over the Top Martial Arts movie stars of the 1990s that were not Steven Seagal or Jean-Claude Van Damme. All of these men had the potential to be huge martial arts action movie stars, but due to various reasons, things never quite panned out.

00:47 Number 5 - Thomas Ian Griffith (Tae Kwon Do and Kenpo star of Excessive Force)
04:04 Number 4 - Philip Rhee (Tae Kwon Do Sensation of Best of the Best)
10:00 Number 3 - Jeff Speakman (Kenpo Karate star of The Perfect Weapon)
19:31 Number 2 - Mark Dacascos (Capoeira practitioner of Only the Strong)
31:30 Number 1 - Brandon Lee (Jeet Kune Do master of Rapid Fire)

So the 1990s was chalk full of martial arts movies, this was a different time, this was pre-UFC, and even when the UFC did debut in 1993, it’s absolutely nothing like it is today. The movies were really the only place you could see martial arts, and there was sort of a mystique about them.
