Oman Air Inaugural Landing at Manchester Airport- A330-200- Runway 05R

On Monday 1st May 2017 Oman Air commenced operations to Manchester with the start of the daily flight from Muscat, Oman.
The route is operated by the A330-200 with an A330-300 operating the route on a Friday. Oman Air is now the fifth middle eastern airline to operate in an out of Manchester and the new direct route to Oman is a great addition to Manchester's route network. The flight is scheduled to arrive at 19:05 and depart at 20:45 on a daily basis.

The inaugural flight- (flight OMA105) was operated by A40-DA, a 7 year old A330-200. The aircraft landing around 18:45, 20 minutes ahead of scheduling landing on runway 05R at Manchester on a gorgeous evening.

We love the Oman Air colour scheme and look forward to filming and photographing their aircraft at Manchester in the near future.
