In this video The McLeod Fam takes 8 year old Eli to play in the ocean for the first time. Southern Califrnia beaches are the best and the family decided to go to Seal Beach! Eli who has been diagnoed with severe cerebral palsy is disabled and unable to walk. McLeod Fam mom Eeka found a beach that offers wheelchairs built for sand and sea and gave him the best experience of his life!
